(Owner-Side Site Coordination & Construction Support)
1. Position Overview
L’Beste Middle East LLC is developing a new chemical manufacturing plant in Yanbu Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a hands-on Site Coordinator to support the project during the construction phase, acting as the Owner-side coordinator to ensure smooth site execution, effective communication, and timely approvals.
⚠️ This role is NOT an EPC management position⚠️ Strong on-site coordination and practical execution experience are essential
2. Key Responsibilities
(A) Site Coordination & Execution Support Act as the Owner-side Site Coordinator in collaboration with EPC contractors Monitor construction progress and manage site schedules Track and follow up on permits, approvals, and authority requirements Identify, coordinate, and resolve site issues with relevant stakeholders Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and utility providers
(B) Construction Phase Administrative Support Manage construction-related documentation, submissions, and approvals Support permit applications and follow-up with government authorities Maintain project schedules and approval tracking systems Coordinate inspections and authority-related site activities
(C) Local Operations & Vendor Coordination Support on-site workforce coordination (PRO, operators, drivers, etc.) Coordinate with local vendors and service providers Assist in establishing site-level administrative and operational systems Support pre-commissioning activities and operational readiness
3. Mandatory Qualifications (Must-Have)
Minimum 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East(industrial, plant, or construction projects) Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)(for government coordination and local communication) Good command of English Proven experience in:Construction or plant project execution Site coordination and stakeholder management Permit tracking and authority coordination Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
4. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EPC projects or Owner-side roles Familiarity with:Royal Commission (RCJY) SCECO / MARAFIQ / local utilities Experience in industrial or chemical plant projects
