Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of field experience on construction projects
- Experience on projects with 1,000+ manpower at peak
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
- Valid Saudi / local driving license
- Ability to work in high-risk and live construction environments
Safety Staffing Ratios (As per Contract – ANNEX Q)
- Normal construction areas: 1 Safety Officer per 40 workers
- Live / high-risk activities: 1 Safety Officer per 15 workers
- Night shift works: 1 Safety Officer per 20 workers
Preferred (Added Value)
- Previous experience on MAADEN, Worley, EPCM, or mega projects
- Immediate availability and valid site approvals
