Job Responsibilities:
1. Inspection Coordination
- Receive and process inspection requests from clients.
- Coordinate with TISA offices to deploy qualified inspectors in line with project scope and timelines
- Ensure inspectors are briefed on SOW, specifications, checklists, and reporting templates
- Track inspector assignments and monitor daily activity progress
2. Inspector Support & Logistics
- Arrange inspector mobilization: documentation, travel, visa, and compliance checks
- Ensure inspector certifications and client approvals are up to date
- Serve as the primary point of contact for deployed inspectors, resolving logistical or procedural issues as they arise
3. Client Interface
- Maintain effective communication with client focal points for scheduling, updates, and feedback
- Share timely updates and inspection reports
- Address client queries and escalate issues requiring management intervention
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complete records of inspection assignments, reports, and supporting documents
- Follow up on report submissions and timesheets from inspectors
- Support invoicing and reporting processes by coordinating with the finance and operations teams
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all activities are compliant with TISA quality standards and client procedures
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and performance reviews
- Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HSE and project-specific policies
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in coordination, preferably in source inspection or oil & gas services
- Knowledge of inspection standards (ASME, BS, API, ISO etc.) is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage
- Experience working with major oil & gas clients is highly preferred
