Work Location : Candidates can work from home. They must report to our Jubail Office twice in a week to discuss the Sales Objectives. Candidates must be willing to visit client and attend client meeting as and when required
Role Objective
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive "hunter" who can navigate professional networks like LinkedIn and represent the company with excellence during in-person executive meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients via LinkedIn, professional databases, and cold-calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Initial Engagement: Introduce the company’s specialized services to key decision-makers, clearly articulating our value proposition and technical advantages.
- Field Sales & Client Meetings: Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with clients in the Jubail and Dammam industrial hubs to understand their specific needs.
- Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to winning the business and closing contracts.
- Persistent Follow-up: Execute a disciplined follow-up strategy through professional emails and telephone calls to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local industry trends and competitor activity within the Eastern Province to maintain a competitive edge.

- Candidate must be Female and Saudi National
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Regional Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the business landscape of Jubail, Dammam, and the wider Eastern Province.
- Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively with procurement and technical managers.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Saudi driving license and be willing to travel daily within the region for client visits.
