Role Description You'll lead end-to-end manufacturing operations — from material control and stores through fabrication, welding, maintenance, and production planning. This is a senior leadership position with direct impact on quality, cost, and delivery.
Your key responsibilities:Direct all fabrication operations including pressure vessels, piping, and skids Drive cost efficiency through effective use of manpower, equipment, and materials Ensure full compliance with contract specs, quality standards, and company procedures Manage overhead budgets and take corrective action when costs deviate from forecast Represent the company at client and management progress meetings Submit monthly progress reports to the Operations Manager Build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Maintain plant and personnel safety at all times
What You Need:Mechanical Engineering degree15+ years of experience in pressure vessel, piping & skids fabrication and management Previous experience in a similar production leadership role Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills Based in or willing to relocate to Jubail, Saudi Arabia
