We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our newly formed Saudi Arabian team. In this key role, you’ll partner with our account teams to identify, shape, and process technical engagements, helping customers realize the full value of Tricentis solutions and driving successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do: 

• Client Engagement: Lead discovery sessions with clients, identifying pain points and crafting innovative value propositions using our product portfolio. 

  
  

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders and influencers. 

  
  

• Industry Insight: Use your business knowledge and industry experience to identify quality assurance challenges, creating tailored solutions. 

  
  

• Innovative Demonstrations: Utilize your skills to create "art of the possible" demos, building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders. 

  
  

• Evangelism: Champion our quality assurance best practices and methodologies. 

  
  

• Continuous Learning: Engage in product, and procedural training to maintain the necessary knowledge for effectiveness. 

  
  

• Initiative and Results: Show self-motivation, deliver high-quality results, and meet expectations for both internal and external customers. 

  
  

• Passion and Representation: Represent Tricentis and our software solutions with enthusiasm and passion. 

  
  

• Community Contribution: Share innovations and findings with the broader solution architecture community. 

  
  

• Business Cases and ROI Models: Assist in creating compelling business cases and ROI models for customers.

What You Bring: 

• Experience: 5+ years in Solution Consulting in a customer-facing role. 

  
  

• Language Arabic and English  

  
  

• Expertise: Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development. 

  
  

• Advantageous Skills: Knowledge of SAP or ERP across all modules and familiarity with AI technologies. 

  
  

• Learning Agility: Willingness to acquire technical and industry skills to become a competent client contact. 

  
  

• Market Insight: Understanding of the competitive landscape and Tricentis product placement. 

  
  

• Determination: A drive for success, capable of exceeding goals with diligence and persistence. 

  
  

• Ownership: Willing to take ownership for the technical success of engagements. 

  
  

• Travel: Be willing to travel around Middle East for customer and marketing events
