Company Description
INTO’s mission: Transforming international student academic and career success through exceptional university partnerships.
Position
Join INTO: Regional Manager – Saudi Arabia
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with regional and occasional international travel as required
Contract Type: Permanent
Band: D
INTO is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Regional Manager to take full ownership of our presence in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will lead on our recruitment activities and championing opportunities for Saudi students to study at our partner universities in the UK, US and Australia. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Saudi market, and is keen to make an impact.
As the sole INTO representative in the country, your days will be varied and engaging. You will spend much of your time developing strong relationships with our network of education agents, from tier 1 through to tier 5, acting as their trusted ambassador. You will counsel students when needed, represent INTO at key recruitment events across Saudi Arabia, and ensure our brand remains visible and compelling in an increasingly competitive market.
Your work will extend beyond relationship-building. You will be deeply involved in shaping the market strategy by providing insights, tracking performance in Salesforce, and feeding back recommendations that help us stay one step ahead of market trends. Collaboration sits at the heart of this role. You will work closely with colleagues in Admissions, Marketing, the Global Recruitment Unit, and our university partners to ensure students and agents experience exceptional service from their first enquiry to enrolment. You will also help introduce new products to the market and contribute to the annual business planning cycle for Saudi Arabia.
Strong commercial awareness will be important, as you will oversee financial accuracy for your market, manage agent-related costs responsibly, and ensure that reporting is always timely and precise. As part of the wider MEA team, you will report to the Associate Recruitment Director and play an important role in helping INTO achieve its regional enrolment goals.
We are looking for someone who brings more than just experience. You should be a fluent Arabic speaker, confident working independently, and comfortable managing a wide portfolio of agency partners. Ideally, you will have experience in international education or agency account management, with a good understanding of how the Saudi recruitment landscape operates. Flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend work will occasionally be part of the rhythm of this role, particularly during busy recruitment seasons.
Joining INTO means joining a global organisation dedicated to transforming students’ lives. In this role, you will have the rare opportunity to lead an entire national market, build meaningful partnerships, and help Saudi students access world-class universities abroad.
If you are ready to shape the next phase of INTO’s growth in Saudi Arabia and support students in achieving their academic ambitions, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Requirements We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and encourage candidates of all backgrounds and experiences who believe they are suitable for the role to apply. All applications will be reviewed and will receive a response.
