1. Business Development & Sales
Ø Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities earthmoving equipment rental business in Eastern Region.
Ø Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and project managers.
Ø Drive sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, collection, profitability & the benefits targets for the earthmoving equipment rental.
Ø Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all leads and RFQs.
Ø Lead key account management initiatives to retain and grow existing clients.
Ø Review credit control performance and make sure timely payment collection from customers.
Ø Conduct survey, collect and provide the necessary information about market, potential customers and competitors to keep our organization competitive in the market.
2. Earthmoving Equipment Rental Operations Management
Ø Oversee operations including sales, customer service, coordination, and support functions for earthmoving equipment rental business.
Ø Ensure proper fleet availability, equipment mobilization, and timely delivery of machines to client sites.
Ø Work closely with operations, service & maintenance, and logistics, teams to ensure smooth end-to-end rental processes.
3. Team Leadership & Performance
Ø Manage and mentor a team of sales managers and executives and support staff.
Ø Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of the team.
Ø Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Ø Promote a positive and high-performance work culture.
4. Client Service & Compliance
Ø Ensure high service quality, timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Ø Make sure all rental contracts, POs, and agreements comply with company policies and legal standards.
Skills
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in management.
- Fluency in English and good presentation skill,
- Total 10-15 years of relevant experience working in the Earthmoving equipment rental services industries.
- Customer service aptitude.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
- Knowledge of computers and basic software applications such as: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lead a sales team.
