Job Title: Wellness Supervisor Reports to: Assistant Wellness Manager
Role Purpose The Wellness Supervisor manages the daily spa operations at the property level, ensuring treatment quality, therapist productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Spa Operations Supervise spa therapists and treatment schedules. Monitor treatment performance and therapist productivity. Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are prepared.
Guest Experience Support spa reception and guest flow when required. Assist with guest service recovery and feedback.
Team Supervision Oversee Wellness Attendants and spa support staff. Ensure service standards and hygiene protocols are maintained.
