Job Summary:
• Develop, follow-up and maintain continuous good customer relationship within the division's administrative, financial and procedural objectives as set by divisional management.
• In addition to existing customer coverage, identify, develop and achieve new potential rental business opportunities within the financial targets and objectives as set by the divisional management.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop a close working relationship with the customer to know his organisational structure and activities, departmental functions, Key Mgmt., financial background, short/long-term requirements and new developments within the customer's organisation.
• In conjunction with Mgr. Remarketing & Admin. Clerk, prepare & submit quotations to the clients in accordance to the customers' requirements.
• Subsequent to quote submittal, maintain a continuous contact with customers to evaluate and note the outcome, in accordance with Divisional procedures.
• In conjunction with Mgr. Remarketing & Service Supervisor/manager, follow-up on equipment preparation, delivery and return from/to the customer, if & when a deal is agreed and finalized.
• Where necessary and in conjunction with Mgr. Remarketing & Service, arrange with the Hirer Gate Passes (for equipment, Service staff & Service vehicles) entering restricted areas.
• In conjunction with Mgr. Remarketing, follow-up on payments and collection of any outstanding Rental invoices.
Skills
• Educational Qualifications & Certifications: University degree, Vocational / Technical Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical), or Equivalent.
• Knowledge: Customer requirements, project and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. In depth knowledge in Sales and Marketing.
• Technical Skills: Technology Skills, Electrical and Mechanical or Equivalent. Software skills: PowerPoint, Excel for preparing and making professional presentations to customers.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and write Arabic and English, Multi language abilities.
• Experience: Must have initiative, a dynamic personality and qualitative character. Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in same field.
