 Specialist, Ops responsible for inventory control and managing procurement processes, including PR, PO, and RN creation and monitoring, and orders chemicals and raw materials for daily requirements. Supports resource planning, prepares JSA, SOP, and risk assessments. Oversees material handling equipment, contractor services, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ensures safe shutdown/start-up procedures, follows approved MOCs, and participates in IMS audits. Prepares TAM requirements, TSR, and MOC for process improvements, monitors chemical consumption per BP, and drives continuous improvement to enhance production capacity.

• Managing and overseeing operational services in collaboration with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, timely execution of tasks, and alignment with plant operational goals

• Budget monitoring and Controls.

• Inventory controlling for plant operation:Overall responsibility for controlling inventory and ensuring close coordination with other plants for smooth operations. Managing ordering of chemicals and raw materials to meet daily plant requirements, overseeing material handling equipment, and controlling and shifting activities.

• Handling PR, PO, and RN processes, including creation and monitoring, to support efficient procurement workflows

• JSA/SOP/SMP/Risk assessment    Preparation/review and Implementation

• Ensure all actions are taken for the safe shut-down/start-up of the plant in line with standard operating procedures.

• Approved MOC follow up with maintenance and project for execution 

• JSA/SOP/SMP/Risk assessment   Preparation/review and Implementation

• Participating in and Conducting IMS Audits and closing the Gaps

• Preparation of TSR, MOC for plant process betterment and modification to enhance production name plate

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Diploma or related field

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial field.
