Role Purpose
To develop and implement the strategic business plan of the ESD directorate and to advise and assist the effective and efficient system delivery of CNS systems to the end user in order to drive business growth and performance continuous improvement programs and systems requirements analysis; requirements specification; and lead the provision, design and commissioning of new Communication, Navigation Aid, and Surveillance (CNS) systems to address operational requirements of SANS requiring delivery of air traffic control services in a safe, effective and efficient manner, within the set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
