Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare and review BOQs, measurements, and quantity take-offs
  • Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives
  • Evaluate variations, change orders, and payment applications
  • Review contractor and subcontractor invoices and certifications
  • Support contract administration and commercial reporting
  • Track budget versus actual costs and highlight variances
  • Coordinate with operations and engineering teams on scope changes
  • Maintain proper documentation of commercial records
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements


Skills

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control
  • Experience in FM or construction projects is preferred
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and commercial documentation
  • Immediate joiners preferred
