Role Overview We are looking for a motivated L1 Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
This role is ideal for candidates at an early career stage seeking hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities • Provide first-level support for Linux and Windows systems • Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance • Perform basic network checks and troubleshooting • Handle incidents and requests via ticketing tools • Support on-site operational activities as required • Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams • Basic Linux / Windows administration knowledge • Understanding of system & application monitoring • Basic networking fundamentals • Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools is preferred • Strong English fluency • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Saudi National
