Role Overview We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, incident resolution, and operational stability across Linux, Windows, and network environments.
Key Responsibilities • Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms • Perform advanced system and application monitoring & analysis • Troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues • Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence • Support on-site technical interventions when required • Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors • Communicate directly with clients for issue handling and updates • Contribute to operational improvements and preventive actions • Strong Linux / Windows administration experience • Solid understanding of monitoring and performance analysis • Good networking troubleshooting capabilities • Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools • Strong English fluency • Strong communication & client-facing skills • Saudi National
