Planning & Instruction

  • Follows weekly plans prepared by the coordinator.
  • Prepares detailed unit and lesson plans with objectives, skills, standards, and procedures.
  • Differentiates instruction to meet diverse student abilities.
  • Integrates technology (e.g., Google Apps, Google Classroom) to support learning.
  • Engages students actively and provides constructive, timely feedback.

Classroom Management

  • Maintains classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
  • Follows school disciplinary policies and procedures.
  • Manages student behavior and applies appropriate measures when needed.
  • Refers serious behavioral issues to grade administrators.

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Prepares revision materials, tests, and exams while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Grades and corrects assignments, quizzes, exams, and homework regularly.
  • Maintains accurate records of student progress and development.
  • Prepares progress reports and evaluation sheets.
  • Supports struggling students through guidance and extra help sessions.
  • Prepares students for standardized exams in coordination with leadership.

Professional Development

  • Keeps subject knowledge current and explores new teaching methods.
  • Participates in meetings, workshops, training, and peer observations.
  • Applies professional learning directly to classroom practice.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Collaborates with coordinators and academic leadership on curriculum and evaluation tools.
  • Works with academic quality controllers and administration on student and parent-related matters.
