Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing effective solutions to meet organizational goals. The role also involves ensuring smooth communication across teams, contributing to business process enhancements, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes Ability to gather and document Business Requirements effectively Excellent Communication skills, including clear and effective stakeholder engagement Proven problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in the construction industry or relevant sectors is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
