Job Details

Responsibility of the Employee:

This position is responsible for overseeing the regional aftermarket sales department, sets, conducts and monitors sales goals, manages all sales activities and advises company are amongst the key responsibilities of the position.


The successful candidate should be capable of working independently and reporting under the direction of the Regional AM Team Leader, the After Market Manager is tasked to:


-  Act as the primary point of contact for aftermarket sales in the KSA and surrounding regions.

-  Generate and pursue sales leads for :

  • Predictive & unpredictive maintenance services
  • Genuine spare parts and consumables
  • Long-term service agreements (LTSAs)

-  Conduct regular technical consultations with customers to assess Compressor condition and propose

Optimized maintenance schedules

-  Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, maintenance managers and reliability engineers in key accounts

To accomplish the above tasks and responsibilities, the successful candidate is expected to possess, but not limited to the following competencies:

6. Sales/ Financial ManagementKnowledge and understanding:

  • Strong technical understanding of integrally geared compressors.
  • Existing network of contacts within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or utility sectors in the KSA, UAE or neighboring countries is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points and offer commercially viable technical solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skill
  • PC (Microsoft Office, Internet and etc)


Preferred Attributes:

-  Established channels or working relationships with site operation or compressor teams at various regional oil & gas companies (ARAMCO, ADNOC Onshore/Offshore, KNPC, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage

-  Hands-on field experience in servicing or commissioning rotating equipment

-  Familiarity with international service standards and safety regulations

-  Experience managing service teams or coordinating field activities
