The Sales Specialist role within the Operations department, responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing units in assigned areas.
. Key Responsibilities : Proactively search for and identify supply units in assigned areas and categories.
Conduct outreach, pitches, and in-person or virtual meetings with potential suppliers.
Sell the platform value proposition and close units against defined targets.
Own and manage the acquisition pipeline to ensure continuous supply growth.
• Own unit acquisition targets for specific zones or territories.
• Build deep market knowledge to identify high-potential supply pockets.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven KPIs.
