Responsibilities Develop and execute architectural designs, including plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and assessments to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings and specifications to stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to oversee the execution of architectural plans.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of design projects.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Fluent in English Licensed as an architect or in the process of obtaining licensure is preferred.
