- Description: Overview Our client is a leading Fintech company in Saudi Arabia, distinguished by its innovative digital financial solutions and strong customer-centric culture. As part of their continued expansion and strategic growth plans, they are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies and loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement, increasing retention rates, and maximizing customer lifetime value. This role plays a critical part in supporting sustainable business growth within a fast-paced and competitive digital environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design, launch, and optimize innovative loyalty programs to increase customer retention and engagement.
- Analyze customer data and behavioral insights to create targeted segmentation and personalized campaigns.
- Oversee CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign management platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Data teams to ensure integrated customer journeys.
- Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and campaign ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance analytics and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in customer data management.
Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty management, or customer engagement roles, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or Digital Services.
- Proven track record in developing successful loyalty programs and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (Expat assignment).
- Monthly salary of SAR 35,000 – 38,000 (gross).
