Business Development Consultant Account Manager Location: Remote – MENA Region
These are client-facing, entrepreneurial roles where your primary mission is to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and drive growth. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure successful delivery of executive search mandates.
Key Responsibilities:Identify, pitch, and win new client mandates across public and private sectors (Government, Finance, IT, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Consumer). Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to plan and deliver executive search solutions aligned with client needs. Provide market insights, talent advisory, and strategic guidance to clients. Achieve individual KPIs while actively contributing to the firm’s growth in the region.
Your Profile:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development and/ or Account Management in Recruitment / Consulting in the Middle East. Proven track record in winning new business and managing client relationships. Industry knowledge in at least one key vertical: Government, IT, Finance, Industrial, Oil & Gas, or Consumer. Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory) Entrepreneurial mindset: persuasive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Motivated by growth, challenge, and long-term career progression.
