Job Summary:The Learning and Development Manager will lead the development and execution of training programs across our diverse portfolio of subsidiaries. This role is focused on enhancing employee skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning training initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Training Needs Assessment:Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs. Conduct assessments to evaluate employee competencies and effectiveness. Program Design and Development:Create comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to organizational goals. Utilize a mix of learning methodologies, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and workshops. Training Implementation:Organize and deliver various training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs via feedback and performance metrics. Budget Management:Develop and manage the L&D budget. Identify and implement cost-effective training solutions. Employee Development:Design career development initiatives and succession planning programs. Support talent management efforts to retain and develop high-potential employees. Compliance and Policy Development:Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with management to align learning strategies with the business objectives. Promote a positive learning culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum 8 Years of experience in learning and development or corporate training, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
