Company Headquarters:  Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Work Location:  Remote (within Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah) Job Summary   We are seeking a  Tele-Sales Coordinator  to enhance the efficiency of our field sales team by qualifying leads, preparing new customer visits, and strengthening pipeline quality.
This role is critical in ensuring sales engineers focus on  high-value, well-prepared customer visits , improving conversion rates and market coverage.
Key Responsibilities   Conduct outbound calls to  new and existing customers  to introduce company products and value propositions.
Qualify leads and  prepare new customer visits , ensuring readiness before assigning to field sales.
Confirm  weekly customer appointments  for sales engineers and sales managers.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requests.
Communicate product value clearly and professionally, addressing customer questions and objections.
Persistently share and follow up on  company website links, LinkedIn page, and company brochures  with prospects.
Coordinate closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth opportunity handover.
Support customer satisfaction and assist with  payment follow-ups  in coordination with finance.
Maintain accurate records of all activities in the  CRM system .
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)   Confirmed Weekly Visits:  Number of confirmed and qualified new-customer visits scheduled per week.
Lead Qualification Rate:  Conversion of contacted leads into sales-ready opportunities.
Visit Readiness Quality:  Sales team feedback on customer preparedness and meeting effectiveness.
Product & Value Proposition Knowledge:  Ability to clearly explain products, applications, and differentiation.
Digital Outreach Discipline:  Consistent sharing and follow-up of company website, LinkedIn page, and brochures.
Follow-Up Effectiveness:  Timely and persistent follow-up on leads, quotations, and visit confirmations.
CRM Accuracy:  Completeness and accuracy of call logs, leads, and appointment records.
