With a strong focus on supplier partnerships and commercial optimisation, they are now seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The role will centre on negotiating and managing hotel contracts, strengthening supplier relationships, and using market insight to secure competitive rates, availability, and long-term value across the portfolio.

Job Description:
In this role, you will manage and develop supplier partnerships across assigned markets, supporting commercial performance while working closely with regional leadership in a fast-growing, technology-led travel business.
Negotiate supplier agreements, renewals and commercial terms across key territories Manage supplier relationships, including rates, availability, allotments and issue resolution Monitor utilisation, availability and booking trends, adjusting allocations where needed Drive growth by converting third-party suppliers into direct partnerships Onboard new suppliers and promote use of internal extranet and connectivity tools Ensure rates and direct connections remain accurate and live year-round Analyse market data, sales feedback and performance reports to identify opportunities Support sales and operations teams with rates, trips, bookings and operational queries Oversee the accurate loading of contracted terms and conditions Build strong supplier relationships through industry events and market engagement Contribute to wider regional or business projects as required





Experience Required:
Degree educated, ideally in business, hospitality or tourism Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant commercial or supplier role Independent, accountable and self-motivated Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset Confident relationship-builder with suppliers and internal teams Analytical, with the ability to assess and improve performance Clear and professional written and spoken English
