Job responsibilities1- Execute Trainings for the showroom staff as per the yearly plan, including Online Trainings, Showroom Trainings, and Seminar Trainings.2- Coordinate with the showroom staff for performance followups and issues resolution.3- Incentive calculation and distribution.4- Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.5- Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly performance evaluation of Showroom Staff.
Qualification requirements1-Education: Min. Bachelor's Degree.2- Experience: 3 to 5 years of Relevant Experience.3- Computer: Excellent Excel Skills.4- Language: Total command on spoken English and Arabic.5- Open to frequent travelling between different cities of the kingdom.
