We are currently looking for an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join an Oil & Gas construction project in Saudi Arabia for a fixed-term assignment from February to July 2026.
???? Location: Saudi Arabia – Construction Site ???? Contract: Fixed-term | Full-time Duration : February to July 2026. ⏱ Work schedule: 60 hours/week
???? Role overview The Insulation Supervisor will oversee on-site insulation activities, ensuring full compliance with quality, safety (HSE), and project schedule requirements.
???? Key responsibilities Supervise and coordinate insulation works on-site Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports Manage manpower, materials, and equipment Support planning and sequencing of insulation activities Identify risks, delays, and propose corrective actions Communicate effectively with site teams and stakeholders
✅ Candidate profile Minimum 10 years’ experience as Insulation Supervisor in Oil & Gas projects Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama (mandatory) Strong knowledge of insulation systems, materials, and safety standards Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills Able to work in challenging construction site environments
