Job Title: Inspection - QC IILocation: SAU-Dammam Contract Duration: 6 Months
Essential Responsibilities:- Manage mechanical inspection activities.- Oversee production inspection plans, checking the progress between product manufacturing and recorded data.- Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for non-conforming products, verify NCRs, and ensure quality closure after appropriate actions are taken.- Verify that equipment manufactured, assembled, and tested within the facility meets applicable specifications and customer requirements, ensuring all third-party inspection activities are complete and accepted.- Prepare Assembly Test Reports, Certificates of Conformance, and Visual/Dimensional certificates.- Conduct assembly/disassembly, adjustment, and installation of mechanical components to meet tolerance and operating requirements.- Approve incoming materials through visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.- Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating necessary adjustments to production.- Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.- Issue all required certificates according to the Quality Control Plan (QCP).- Create, check, and close punch lists.- Maintain and upload Quality sheets as evidence of production compliance.- Conduct Quality toolbox talks with the production team.- Propose and implement improvement projects to enhance the production process.- Issue Mark-up (as-built) drawings according to actual installations.- Assist in identifying the correct standards, specifications, and drawings to follow.- Manage and communicate lessons learned from previous projects.
Technical Skills:- Expertise in P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram).- Experience with rotating equipment assembly and packaging (Compressor & Gas turbine).- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and commitment to using protective gear such as gloves and safety glasses.
Soft Skills:- Excellent communication skills.- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
