The Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Manager works closely with technical and subject matter experts, manages the core commissioning team, and coordinates with the construction team to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning.#Manage the day to day activities of the Project COMT team, comprising commissioning coordinators, commissioning engineers, operations and maintenance specialists#Provide expertise and oversight on all construction projects for start-up and commissioning#Responsible for project field and jobsite start-up and commissioning operations#Monitors and reviews all sectors startup and commissioning programs and makes necessary revisions to program as required#Lead the commissioning engineers, provide guidance and arrange for training of newly hired staff#Manage the planning, investigation and implementation phases Qualification:Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Other Qualification:PMP certified Experience:Minimum of 15 years of Experience out of which min 5 years worked in the same capacity in Oil & Gas (Aramco Projects) especially in Pipeline Projects.
