Manage LinkedIn: collect content, draft posts, and publish updates.
Support website content updates and ensure information is accurate and current.

1.3.TV screens Content
Display HR announcements for employees.
Showcase company events, activities, and pictures.
1.4.Newsletter
Collect information from all departments as required.
Review and verify collected data for accuracy.
Gather photos reflecting company events and activities.
Add content and images to the newsletter template.
Distribute newsletters as announcements to all employees.
2.Events Management
2.1.Board Meetings – Committee Meetings
Arrange meeting venues and necessary facilities.
Plan and organize lunch: invitations, menu selection, and setup.
Coordinate board dinners: venue selection and invitations.
2.2.External Events – Sponsorship (MEOS GEO / IKTVA / DHSLI / WPC…)
Arrange contracts, approvals, and signatures with partners.
Develop and manage sponsorship plans.
Coordinate booth preparations: design, posters, and banners.
Prepare list of employees/delegates attending, including VPs.
Select giveaways items.
Manage logistics: transportation of staff and materials.
Organize employees’ accommodation for the event.
2.3.Farewells Dinners and events
Arrange and book the event venue.
Prepare and manage the invitation list.
Organize gifts for honorees.
Plan event activities and program schedule.
Select menu and catering options.

1.1.CSR Initiatives
Internal initiatives – Employees
External initiatives:
Leading a CSR committee.
Identify and evaluate charities, NGOs, and social initiatives.
Plan and manage CSR programs and community projects.
Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
Track and report on the impact of CSR activities.
Coordinate employee volunteering and internal initiatives.
2.Publications & Branding
Develop content for brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional materials for company meetings and events.
Ensure all materials follow company branding and messaging guidelines.
Manage design, layout, and quality of print and digital materials.
Support campaigns, events, and CSR initiatives with branded materials.
Create scenario scripts for corporate videos used at events and for internal display.
QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Experience: 7-10 Years
Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, business administration, or equivalent.
