Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Khobar for a Workshop Operations Lead specializing in Joinery & Furniture. The role involves overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring quality craftsmanship, managing production schedules, supervising teams, and maintaining safety compliance. This leadership position will involve coordinating with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver custom, high-quality furniture and joinery solutions on time.
Qualifications Strong expertise in joinery techniques, furniture manufacturing processes, and material handling Experience in team leadership, staff management, and workshop scheduling Quality control and attention to detail to ensure premium craftsmanship Ability to oversee logistical operations and ensure compliance with safety standards Project management, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and design specifications Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction Relevant certifications or a degree in carpentry, joinery, or related fields Experience in high-end or luxury furniture production is a plus
