Job Details

To plan, execute, and manage digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across corporate and Business Unit (BU) platforms, while ensuring brand governance and performance tracking.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate and BU objectives
Prepare monthly and campaign-based content calendars
Support leadership communication, campaigns, and corporate initiatives
2. Social Media Management
Manage corporate and BU social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, X, Facebook, You Tube, etc.)
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
3. Content Creation & Coordination
Draft high-quality content for:
Corporate announcements
Leadership communications
BU achievements and milestones
Awards, CSR, QHSE, and employee engagement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for inputs, approvals, and timely publishing
4. Brand Governance & Compliance
Ensure all digital content complies with brand guidelines and approval protocols
Maintain consistency across corporate and BU platforms
Flag and escalate any potential reputational or compliance risks
5. Campaign Execution & Promotion
Execute digital campaigns for events, initiatives, recruitment, and employer branding
Support paid and organic campaign execution where required
Track campaign effectiveness and engagement
6. Community & Reputation Management
Monitor comments, messages, and online interactions
Respond professionally to inquiries and feedback
Escalate sensitive or negative feedback as per protocol
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
Prepare monthly digital performance reports
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
8. Coordination with Design & Media Teams
Work closely with designers, videographers, and external agencies
Ensure timely delivery of creatives and multimedia assets
Maintain digital asset libraries
9. Market & Trend Monitoring
Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices
Recommend innovative ideas to improve reach and engagement
10. Support to Corporate Communications
Assist in crisis communication support when required
Support employer branding and internal communication campaigns
Align digital storytelling with corporate values and culture
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong written and visual communication skills
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
Content planning and coordination skills
Understanding of brand governance and digital etiquette
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
