Your key responsibilities:


As an Operations Specialist, you will support the Private Banking business for Saudi Arabia – specifically the DSSA platform. The role holder will work closely with the local Front Office team (Business Heads, Relationship Managers (RM), Client Service Executives, Investment Manager), Compliance, Legal, Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Business Management Team.


  • Support the Front Office throughout the complete new customer adoption process, coordinating, and reviewing of legal documentation, ensuring accurate account creation in DB systems, and participating in meetings to support complex account structures and Know Your Client requirements.


  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office, COO, and relevant stakeholders to implement new products, support business growth, manage client data modifications, oversee account closures, and deliver best‑in‑class client service.


  • Provide and oversee critical operational services enabling the delivery of innovative and complex financial products, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies, while proactively tracking operational progress and following up with RMs/IMs.


  • Participate in the continuous assessment of onboarding and static data processes, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency, robustness, and overall operational quality.


  • Advise on process exceptions and complexities, offering comprehensive expertise and ensuring effective alignment with operational and regulatory standards.


  • Collaborate with offshore Wealth Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational support across locations.


  • Offer subject matter expertise and work with the Agile organization to implement projects.


  • Take on additional responsibilities aligned with personal development, and performing any other tasks assigned by the team supervisor.

Your skills and experience:


  • Education: Bachelor degree in economic or financial a must - Master degree a plus.


  • Language: Fluent English skills compulsory


  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience ideally in Operations in an International Private Bank.


  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in using Excel/PowerPoint/Word


  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.


  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, work effectively in teams, and collaborate with others across different locations.


  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems, often under pressure.


  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.


  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changing priorities and situations.


  • Analytical skills: Superior analytical skills (including data analysis) as well as being detail-oriented on both strategy and execution.
