About the Role We’re looking for an IAM Operations Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support and run SailPoint-based identity services in a production environment.
This role is hands-on and operational, focused on keeping IAM services stable, secure, and running smoothly while continuously improving processes and automation.
Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow Handle identity lifecycle events (joiners, movers, leavers) Monitor provisioning jobs, connectors, and integrations Troubleshoot access issues, failed provisioning, and SailPoint errors Support access requests, approvals, and certifications Work with application teams to onboard and maintain integrations Assist with SailPoint upgrades, patches, and changes Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation Support audits and compliance activities when needed Look for opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in IAM or security operations Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management Experience with access provisioning and governance processes Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud apps Comfortable working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Basic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Java, REST APIs) Experience in managed services or production IAM environments Exposure to audits or compliance frameworks SailPoint certification or formal training
