Job Details

  1. Supervise daily MEP construction activities and ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and method statements.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
  3. Ensure materials and equipment required for work are available on site.
  4. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise RFIs for clarification.
  6. Prepare daily and weekly work plans in coordination with the Project Manager.
  7. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
  8. Track workforce, productivity, and material usage.
  9. Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
  10. Ensure corrective actions are taken for any non‑conformities.
  11. Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe work practices on site.
  12. Coordinate with HSE team to prevent accidents and hazards.
  13. Maintain daily site reports, progress records, inspection requests, and site observations.
  14. Assist in preparing as‑built drawings and handover documentation.
