We are seeking a qualified Systems Administrator to manage, support, and operate core IT infrastructure services. The role focuses on Windows Server environments, Active Directory, SCCM operations, cloud services, and ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT services for the organization.
Key Responsibilities Manage, support, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments. Administer Active Directory services including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO). Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot SCCM (Configuration Manager) for:Operating system deployment Patch management Software distribution Endpoint management Monitor systems and perform troubleshooting and incident resolution. Support and manage Microsoft Azure services and integrations. Work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments (basic Iaa S administration). Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with operational standards. Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors when required. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO). Practical experience in SCCM deployment and administration. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Experience or exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system and operational issues efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
