Job Title: ASNT Level 3 (RT, PT, MT, UT, ET, MFL)
Job Summary
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced ASNT Level 3 NDT Professionals to lead, supervise, and manage non-destructive testing (NDT) activities across industrial projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, developing inspection procedures, supervising technicians, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and approve NDT procedures for RT, PT, MT, UT, ET, and MFL methods.
Supervise and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians during inspection activities.
Perform and oversee advanced NDT inspections on welds, pipelines, pressure vessels, tanks, and structural components.
Interpret complex inspection data and validate test results.
Ensure compliance with ASNT, ASME, API, ISO, and client specifications.
Prepare, review, and approve technical reports, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct qualification, certification, and training programs for NDT personnel.
Monitor calibration, maintenance, and proper usage of inspection equipment.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams, engineers, and project managers.
Support audits, third-party inspections, and client reviews.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in inspection processes.
Enforce safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Essential QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Related Field).
Valid ASNT Level 3 Certification in RT, PT, MT, UT, ET, and MFL.
Certification as per international standards (ASNT / ISO / PCN / CSWIP – preferred).
Strong knowledge of international inspection codes and standards.
Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
Experience RequiredMinimum 3+ Years of experience as an ASNT Level 3 professional.
Proven experience in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Petrochemical, Construction, and Manufacturing.
Experience in leading inspection teams and managing NDT operations.
Skills RequiredStrong expertise in all major NDT methods (RT, PT, MT, UT, ET, MFL).
Excellent interpretation and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Good English communication (written and verbal).
Ability to prepare technical procedures and reports.
Knowledge of quality management systems.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: SAR 5,500 – 8,500 (Basic + 300 Allowance)
Equivalent: Approx. ₹1,30,000 per Month
