As a Project Manager you are responsible for the execution of international global projects and you ensure that these projects are carried out within budget, schedule, quality and to the satisfaction of the customer. You accurately plan and report the financial status (actual vs forecast) of your projects.
- Preparing, calculate, report, and submit IKTVA and LCGPA local content scores in alignment with official frameworks, formulas, and audit expectations annually, quarterly, and monthly basis. Managing, executing, monitoring and possibly adjusting the operational plan of approach and project planning for global projects to ensure/improve project profitability and On Time Delivery
- Calculating and submit IKTVA breakdown and score for all tenders based on segment and contract cost structure. Ensure full traceability, accuracy, and documentation for all IKTVA and local content calculations.
- Acting as the single point of accountability for score accuracy, methodology, and audit defense.
- Analyzing cost structures, spend classification, payroll localization, supplier data, and CAPEX/OPEX treatment to ensure accurate scoring, validate financial inputs against general ledger, cost centers, contracts, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Identifying and work on area of improvement such as inconsistencies, or misclassifications that may impact IKTVA and LCGPA scores. Identify defensible opportunities to improve IKTVA and LCGPA scores without increasing spend, through:
- Ensuring all optimization initiatives are fully compliant, audit-defensible, and aligned with regulatory intent. Support internal and external audits, including Saudi Aramco, LCGPA, and third-party assessors, Prepare and coordinate responses to audit queries, clarifications, and follow-ups. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and Legal locally and globally to collect, validate, and reconcile required data. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and local content score trackers for management visibility.
- Supporting leadership with scenario analysis and impact assessments related to local content decisions. Maintain strong governance controls to minimize submission errors, audit findings, and compliance risk.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance (master’s degree preferred).
- Have an advanced certifications such as FMVA, CBAP, or equivalent financial modeling / business analysis credentials are highly desirable.
- Have minimum 7+ years of direct experience in financial Analysis, Advanced financial modeling, Audit and compliance support, financial data validation serving Saudi Aramco, government entities, or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.

• Strong command of financial modeling, advanced Excel, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, audit trails, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into clear, defensible financial logic.

•High attention to detail with strong ownership of deliverables.
•Comfortable operating under tight deadlines and audit and customer pressure.
•Clear communicator with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. Experience with change management principles and practices, particularly in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation.
