We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to join our Oil & Gas division,You will be responsible for the full sales cycle of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and spare parts
This is a technical, "on-the-ground" role where you will visit plants to identify needs, manage RFQs, and secure new contract invitations for our international OEM partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Presence: Conduct regular visits to Aramco refineries, drilling sites, and SABIC plants to identify aging assets (Valves, Heat Exchangers, Piping & API pumps) and propose replacement solutions.
RFQ Management: End-to-end management of the bidding process via Aramco e-Marketplace and SAP portals.
Technical Consulting: Perform site surveys to extract equipment categories and advantages from existing "installed base" units to offer the correct spare parts or modernization upgrades.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with our global partners (Japan, Brazil, Korea, Italy) to ensure technical compliance and competitive lead times for critical items.
Market Expansion: Identify and approach new contracting companies and "End Users" to gain invitations for new projects and long-term service agreements.
Reporting: Maintain precise records of plant visits and lead status in the CRM system.
Required QualificationsEducation: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years in the Saudi industrial market, specifically selling to Aramco and Drilling companies Sales .
Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of Rotating Equipment (Motors/Pumps), Static Equipment (Heat Exchangers), and Flow Control (Valves/Pipes).
Portal Expertise: Fully proficient in SAP Ariba, Aramco/SABIC vendor registration, and bid submission processes.
Driver's License: Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory for frequent site visits.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with Maintenance and Procurement teams.
