Job Description – Online Chat Support (Remote)

Location: Remote (Worldwide, preference for Saudi Arabia)
Hours: 15 – 40 hours per week

About the Role:
We are hiring online chat support workers to assist businesses by responding to customer inquiries on their social media accounts. This is a fully remote position, requiring only basic English skills and a reliable internet connection.

What You Will Be Doing:

Log in daily to the assigned business’s social media accounts.

Respond to messages from customers or potential customers.

Follow provided scripts and guidance for commonly asked questions.

Collaborate with a chat supervisor for any inquiries you are unsure about.

Receive full training to succeed in the role.

Skills & Background Needed:

Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, or Laptop).

Ability to work independently.

Follow instructions and provided steps closely.

Availability of at least 15 hours per week.

Reliable internet connection.

Preferred Candidate:
