What You’ll Own Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 for IMMENSA Group. Plan and lead internal, external, and client audits, acting as the primary interface with auditors Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), NCRs, and CAPAs, ensuring disciplined and timely closure Serve as the QHSE authority across operations, projects, and the supplier network Lead HSE incident investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed QHSE into daily operations Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to analyze trends, identify risks, and improve audit readiness Build a proactive quality and safety culture, not a checklist-driven compliance system ???? Who We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in QHSE / IMS leadership roles NEBOSH certified; Lead Auditor or certification exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Advance Manufacturing for Oil and Gas background is a strong advantage Proven, hands-on experience leading ISO audits, RCA, and CAPA management Practical experience using digital or AI tools for quality, audit preparation, or risk analysis Energetic, structured, and comfortable leading in fast-growing, technical environments A self-driven professional who takes ownership, challenges constructively, and closes actions
