Job Summary:
Rigging and Lifting Instructor - Specialist
1. Deliver Rigging and Lifting training as required.2. Supervising lifting Operations at the worksites3. Load calculations,4. Inspect all rigging and lifting gear before use and remove defective equipment from service.5. Preparing Lifting plans and risk assessments,6. Select appropriate lifting equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, spreader bars, lifting beams).7. Confirm lifting equipment certifications are valid and up to date.
Diploma or bachelor's in mechanical engineering + LEEA Level 1 & 2 + Train the Trainer + 10 years lifting & rigging experience (including 3 years as instructor) + OSHA / NEBOSH
