Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanic or Senior Mechanic in the industrial, marine, or onshore mechanical field. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical/Vocational certification in Mechanical Technology is highly preferred). Core Mechanical Expertise: Strong, verifiable knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment. Safety Certifications (Mandatory):First Aid and CPR certified. H₂S (Hydrogen Sulfide) certified. Valid offshore survival certification (e.g., BOSIET/FOET, HUET). Offshore Medical Certificate. Language: Fluent in English, spoken and written, for communication, technical reporting, and procedural understanding. Skills: Ability to read and interpret mechanical and hydraulic schematics. Strong leadership and team-coordination skills.
