We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler – Structure to join our project team. The role involves developing and managing accurate structural BIM models, ensuring full coordination with architectural and MEP disciplines, and supporting construction activities through high-quality drawings and clash-free models.

• Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit, Tekla Structures, or equivalent software.

  
  

• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules, and details extracted from BIM models.

  
  

• Coordinate structural models with Architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.

  
  

• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools such as Navisworks.

  
  

• Implement design updates, redlines, and consultant comments accurately and on time.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BEP, and required LOD.

  
  

• Support engineering and site teams with technical clarifications and model-based coordination.

  
  

• Assist in preparing as-built models at project handover.

  
  

• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure and/or Tekla Structures.

  
  

• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.

  
  

• Solid understanding of structural drawings, concrete and steel detailing.

  
  

• Ability to extract accurate drawings and quantities from BIM models.

  
  

• Knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and model management.

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  
  

• Good coordination and communication skills.

  
  

• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

  
  

• Time management skills with the ability to meet tight project deadlines.
