Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler – Architecture to join our project team. The role is responsible for developing accurate architectural BIM models, ensuring full coordination with all disciplines, and supporting clash detection and resolution in line with project BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks in accordance with project requirements and BIM execution plans.
Prepare and update architectural models throughout different project stages (design, construction, and as-built).
Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated designs.
Participate actively in clash detection, analysis, and resolution processes, collaborating with internal teams and consultants.
Implement design changes, redlines, and consultant comments into the BIM model accurately and timely.
Support the production of coordinated shop drawings and as-built documentation derived from BIM models.
Maintain proper model organization, naming conventions, and version control as per project standards.
Assist site and engineering teams with BIM-related technical support and coordination issues.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (Architecture)
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
Architectural BIM modeling and detailing
Multidisciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structural, MEP)
Clash detection, analysis, and resolution
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent
Shop drawings and as-built preparation from BIM models
BIM standards, workflows, and model management
High attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and ability to meet project deadlines
