Key Responsibilities• Design & Prototype: Create visually stunning, mobile-responsive, and user-centric designs using Figma or Adobe XD, focusing on RTL (Arabic) layouts.• CMS & Development: Build and deploy high-performance landing pages using Word Press (Elementor, Divi, or custom themes) and Shopify. You should also be comfortable with modern builders like Webflow or custom coding if needed.• Advanced Tracking Setup: Implement full tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure every click, scroll, form submission, and conversion is accurately captured and sent to GA4 and ad platforms (Meta/Google Ads).• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Design with sales psychology in mind. Implement A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to constantly improve conversion rates (Lead Generation & Sales).• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to accelerate the design-to-code process and optimize content.• Performance: Ensure all landing pages score 90+ on Google Page Speed Insights and are optimized for SEO&GEO.
