Job Scope:
Responsible for overall manufacturing plant operations at Bray Controls Arabia, including production job management, safety, quality, inventory and business performance across all functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with ownership of production, planning, inventory, and delivery performance Manage and develop a cross-functional operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Oversee CNC machining, welding & cladding, assembly, pressure testing, painting, packaging, warehousing, and inventory Drive ERP‑based production planning, operational efficiency, and productivity improvements Deliver measurable improvements in on-time delivery, resource utilization, and cost performance Lead facility expansion and equipment installation projects to support capacity growth and new product introduction Ensure compliance with API standards, ISO certifications, HCIS / Modon requirements, and local safety regulations Champion a zero LTA/LTI safety culture Partner with QA/QC and Operations to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality Own plant budgeting, cost control, KPI definition, and performance tracking Participate in S&OP and regional business reviews Implement Lean manufacturing and 5S to eliminate non-value-added activities Support IKTVA localization goals through supplier development and cost efficiencies Contribute to capital investment decisions and 5‑year business planning
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ manufacturing leadership experience within heavy equipment/industrial machinery industries Specific knowledge of Valves, Flow Control &/or Process Control equipment is preferred Proven experience managing manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia Strong experience with ERP‑based production planning Fluent in English & Arabic Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Deep commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
