Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
Monitor project costs and update cost reports regularly.
Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and invoices.
Assist in tendering, bid analysis, and contract documentation.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress.
Maintain accurate project records and support contract administration.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering
Previous experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cost control, estimation software, and contract management.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Must be a Saudi national.
