Sales Executive – EPC Projects (Oil, Gas & Energy) , Equipment Rentals, Manpower Rentals, Porta cabins | Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to source and develop EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project opportunities and support successful delivery for clients in the Oil, Gas & Energy sector across Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating internal teams (engineering/procurement/project delivery), and managing the commercial cycle from inquiry to award and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop EPC project leads within Oil & Gas, Energy, utilities, and industrial clients across Saudi Arabia
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, RFQ/RFP handling, proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial proposals
  • Support project kickoff and delivery alignment by ensuring scope clarity, timeline expectations, and stakeholder coordination
  • Track pipeline, opportunities, quotations, and follow-ups using ERP/CRM and maintain accurate sales reporting
  • Conduct market intelligence (competitors, pricing, upcoming tenders, client expansions) and share actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, and ethical business practices

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in EPC projects within the Oil, Gas & Energy sector, Manpower Experience, Rental experience.
  • 2–4 years of Saudi Arabia market experience (client-facing, local projects, or EPC tender exposure)
  • Valid Saudi driving license and readiness for frequent travel within KSA
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to manage RFQs/tenders, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate terms
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills in a professional corporate environment

Preferred / Advantage

  • Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Ma’aden, SWCC, or major EPC contractors/suppliers
  • Familiarity with project sales for construction, MEP, instrumentation, electrical, piping, civil, or industrial packages
  • Understanding of contract basics (BOQ, scope, milestones, payment terms, variations/claims support)
  • Arabic language skills (preferred, not mandatory)
