Role Overview:We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Midani, our enterprise-grade digital platform designed to digitize and optimize field operations through mobile inspections, real-time reporting, and intelligent dashboards. This strategic role will focus on expanding Midani's footprint across Riyadh and the rest of Saudi Arabia, particularly in industries such as Government Services, Other Simi-Government Operations, Logistics, Facilities Management, Infrastructure, and Utilities. The ideal candidate will be a consultative seller with the ability to connect operational challenges with tailored digital solutions, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and help position TICOM as a trusted transformation partner.
About TICOM and Midani:TICOM is a digital transformation consultancy specializing in field operations modernization. Our flagship platform Midani empowers remote and deskless teams by digitizing inspections, task management, readiness assessments, and compliance workflows. We support organizations in enhancing operational visibility, ensuring service quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:· Lead client acquisition efforts for the Midani platform within priority verticals.· Identify, qualify, and convert strategic B2B opportunities in both public and private sectors.· Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across target accounts.· Conduct needs assessments and co-develop value propositions in collaboration with technical teams.· Contribute to go-to-market strategies and customer success frameworks for new industries.· Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM tools.· Represent TICOM and Midani at relevant industry events, demos, and meetings.· Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product roadmap and feature development.
Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.· Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales, preferably in Saa S, field solutions, or digital transformation environments.· Deep understanding of long-cycle sales processes and consultative selling models.· Familiarity with mobile data collection, workflow automation, dashboards, or compliance platforms is a strong advantage.· Proven success in developing accounts within regulated industries or complex operations.· Fluent in Arabic and English.· Based in Riyadh, with the flexibility to travel across Saudi Arabia.
